Used Verico Coating Line
The line is equipped with the single turret unwind. The width is 68 inch or 173 cm, with 16 inch (40 cm) core. The speed of the coating line is 30 to 150 feet/min or 9 to 45 meter/min. Max diameter of the master roll is 60 inch (152 cm), max weight 12000 lbs (5.45 tons). Coating station equipped with the tandem slot coater. After each coating station the flotation type of oven is installed. Total six oven zones, 25 feet after each coating station. The cooling zone after the final oven. The line was designed for coating 4 – 16 millimeter Foils or thicker Films. More information is available on request.
