Portland Cement Manufacturing Plant 1600000 Tpy

Description

Used portland cement manufacturing plant rated 1,600,000 ton per year. Manufacturers all Japanese: Mitsubishi / Sumitomo / Kobe. Plant was built in 1980 and have been lot of upgrades done since installation. Main production are potland cement - ordinary and also high strength portland cement. For thermal energy is using coal, oil coke, wastes (tires, plastics, wood chips, etc.).
Main equipment:
- material shop: (2) 400 tph reclaimers with 75 kw motors, (1) silo, (1) 5.5m diameter x 50m long material dryer with 400kW drive rated 320 tph, (1) coal dryer with 11 kw drive rated 30 tph, (1) pre-mill with 1200 kw drive rated 360 tph, (3) 1300 cub.m material mixing silo, (1) 3500 cub.m storage silo,
- calcination shop: (1) pre-heater with KSV attached, NSP 4-stages, (2) ID fan with 1500 kw drive rated 6,500m3/min, (1) 4.9m diameter x 85m long with 650 kW drive rated 5000 tph, (1)
3.92m width x 37.8m length cooler, (1) electrostatic precipitator rated 720,000m3/hour, (2) 15,000 ton silo, (1) 4.4m diameter x 13m long finish pre-mill with drive 1350kW rated 254 tph,
- finish shop: (2) 4.4m diameter x 13m long ball mill with drive 3700kW rated 254 tph and 95 tph,
- shipment shop: (2) 15,000 ton silo, (1) 5,000 ton silo, (1) 1,000 ton fly ash silo, (2) 1,250 ton fly ash cement silo, (1) shipment device rated 1,000 tph,
- coal HFO shop: (1) 9,200 ton - (2) 4,000 ton - (3) 5,000 ton coal devices, (1) coal dryer vertical type, (1) coal mill vertical type, (1) 65,000 liters oil tank,
- power: (1) 30,000kVA transformer,
- steam turbine shop: (1) preheater boiler (steam 16 tph), (1) cooler boiler (steam 20.7 tph), (1) turbine, (1) 7,300 kW generator,
- waste treatment: (1) yard 20m(W) x 50m(L) for 6,504 ton, (1) 5,700 ton silo capacity 1200 tpd, (1) 28 cub.m waste oil tank capacity 48 m3/day, (1) waste tire 478m3 capacity 133ton/day, (1) waste plastic 95m3 mill rated 2.4 tph, (1) chlorine by-pass rated 38,100Nm3/h, (1) waste sludge hopper 80m3 treatment 144 tpd.
