Used 6" water ring pelletizing line consisting of the following:

6" Davis Standard 30/1 L/D vented extruder, temperature control panel and 400 hp AC motor with VFD drive control. Has heavy duty gearbox rated at 700 hp at 100 rpm output with 11/1 gear ratio.

6" 30/1 L/D two-stage high performance screw.

Hydraulic slide plate screen changer Model EH-80 including hydraulic pumping system.

Model WRP 35S water ring pelletizer with AC motor and VFD drive.

Owner reports installation by Davis is included with price. Includes:
Rig set level align and mechanically assemble.
Install electric interconnect between extruder, screen changer, pelletizer.
Utility connection.
Boroscope extruder.
