Hydrogen SMR Plant 80000 scfh

Description

Used Hydro-Chem hydrogen gas plant. Capacity 1.9 MMSCFD (80,000 scfh or 2100 Nm3/hr.) Plant was built and operated until 2021. The plant was kept with a nitrogen blanket until it was removed in the 4th quarter of 2021.The reformer has 20 tubes (tubes 3.75"), it incorporates 4 bed PSA system, waste heat export boiler. The plant also produced 270 PSIG export steam at 7,700 BTU/lb. Plant is in very good condition and was maintained & serviced on a yearly basis. Design is SMR type (steam methane reforming). Complete plant including controls, plc HMI, programming, manuals, all "as built" drawings. Plant was designed using 258 psig natural gas, so NO NG compressor was required.
