Unused De Lema Type DLST/L Dry Heat Steriliser/Depyrogenation Unit with Hosokawa Isolator

Description

Unused and installed De Lema type DLST/L dry heat steriliser / depyrogenation unit with Hosokawa Micron dispensing isolator. De Lema unit designed at 250 deg.c. for the depyrogenation of dry aluminium canisters with cycle time of approximately 7 hours. Tray capacity between 15 & 35 canisters per tray depending on size. The Hosokawa unit designed for filling canisters with powder including closure and bagging of canisters. Dispensing time is approximately 1.33kgs/min depending on product, number of operators, distribution of canister size and filling volume. Total makespan between 22.9 minutes to 29 minutes depending on product and canister size.

The system was designed to handle the following size canisters:
2.5 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 144mm
6.25 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 309mm
12.5 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 175mm, height (w/o closure) 383mm
32 litre with neck diameter 116mm, body diameter 300mm, height (w/o closure) 539mm
