Description

Used stainless steel granulating mixer with total volume of mixing chamber 1000 l. Internal dimensions: diameter 1470 mm x depth 580 mm. Mixer has four arms agitator working at the flat bottom of mixing chamber, driven from below through gearbox and electric motor 34/25 kW, 1470/730 rpm, 400 V, 50 hz. Working rotation of agitator: 125/62 rpm at 3840/2596 Nm. Mixer has also hi-intensive agitator (chopper) driven directly by 7.5/6 kW, 2900/1450 rpm, 400 V, 50 Hz. Side wall discharge outlet with diameter 200 mm equipped with pneumatically operated valve. Top cover is raised/lowered pneumatically and has feeding inlet/inspection manway with diameter 300 mm and lid. Machine is equipped with electric cabinet and local control panel. Mounted on stainless steel supporting frame. Shipping dimensions: L 210 cm x W 185 cm x H 220 cm.
