Description

Used stainless steel reactor by Seitz type GB1000CWI with total volume 1128 l and working volume 1000 l. Stainless steel type: in 316 Ti (1.4571). Tank is rated for work on pressure in range from -1 /3 bar. Stainless steel heating jacket has volume 101 l and is designed for work on pressure up to 2 bar. Working temperature up to 150C. Top welded, equipped with inspection manway with diameter 400 mm with bolted lid. Reactor has top mounted propeller agitator driven by electric motor with power 0.75 kW, 220/380V, 50 hz. Working rotation of shaft 440 rpm. Agitator has mechanical sealing. Elipsoidal bottom has central discharge outlet with manually operated valve. Reactor is mounted on four stainless steel legs.
