3896 kW, 15000 V, 50 Hz MTU Cogeneration Plant

Description

Used cogeneration plant with output rated 3896kW / 4870 kVA consisting of (2) MTU natural gas synchronous generators rated 1948 kW / 2435 kVA each.
Plant includes:
- (2) MTU model 20V-4000L62 natural gas engines with nominal power 2000 kW, 1500 RPM and turbochargers ABB TPS 52. Both units made in 2010, unit 1 has 44198 hours of use and unit 2 has 42699 hours of use.
- (2) Stamford model LVS I 804 S2 generators, nominal voltage 400 V, power 2790 kVA. Both units made in 2010, unit 1 has 44198 hours of use and unit 2 has 42699 hours of use.
- (2) Siemens main transformers of 2500kVA 0.4/15kV and (1) auxiliary transformer of 250kVA 0.4/15kV.
- Metering system.
- 15kV underground line connected to the switchgear station.
- Alternator.
- Ambitermo steam recovery boiler type horizontal gas-tube with power 932 kW, heating surface area 33,255 m2, steam production 1410 kg/h, operating volume 6009.36 l.
- Grundfos model CR1-27 water supply system with flow rate 1.8 m3/hour.

- Low temperature cooling system, high temperature cooling system, plate heat exchanger, circulation pump, cooling module.
