Powder Filling Line Unused

Description

Unused filling line for filling powder / granules into plastic containers, made by Italian company Preci in 2009. Set up to fill containers sized 69 mm diameter by 140mm height, but change parts are available for other sizes (full list of possible container sizes available on request). Capacity approximately 50 cans / minute at 400g / can, with 92% efficiency.
Line includes the following main equipment: 2-head filling machine, metal detector, check weigh system, container sleeve applicator made by Nortan SRL, shrink sleeve machine (steam and electrical), membrane sealing machine, capping machine with cap elevator, conveyors, control panel, some change format parts.
Also included: Chinese-made cartoning line for packing the containers into cartons.
