Description

Used stainless steel horizontal wiped film evaporator by Luwa type Saco KH100. Evaporator has heat exchange surface 1 m2. Contact parts designed in stainless steel 316 Ti, jackets designed in stainless steel 321. Internal tank has volume 170 l and is rated for work on pressure -1 bar and temperature up to 250C. Jacket has two sections - one with volume 15 l ,second with volume 6 l. Both are designed for work on pressure up to 10 bar and temperature up to 250C. Evaporator has a rotor driven by el. motor 7.5 kW. Machine is equipped with two screw pumps - feeding product and receiving product, two vacuum pumps, one centrifugal pump, vacuum bufer tank, condenser and control panel.
