Used Comber (Heinkel group) Model PH300 Pharmadry 316L stainless steel mirror polished batch vacuum paddle mixer dryer. Cylindrical vessel total capacity 315 litre and working capacity up to 260 litre. Drying chamber 800mm internal diameter X 700mm long. Has hinged clamped front door. Internal rated full vacuum/0,45 bar design pressure at -10/150°C temperature. Stainless steel jacket 43 litre capacity rated 4 bar maximum pressure at -10/150°C temperature. Cantilevered heated paddle agitator driven by 7.5kW/400V/50Hz motor and gearbox, agitator speed 2-20 rpm. Double mechanical seal on the shaft. Bottom discharge diameter 150 mm. Includes 0.4 square meter dust filter. Pharma and Atex rated design-outer arera II2G 3D IIB T125°C, IP55, inner area II2G 2D IIB T125°C, IP68. Mounted on frame.
