Description

Used Hosokawa Micron model 5-VDC-23 stainless steel (316) conical vacuum mixer dryer. Maximum working capacity 500 litre basis of water filling and 430 working capacity for powder solids. Total conical vessel capacity 1615 litre. Flange top bolted type of conical vessel.Internal rated 0,015 bar design pressure at 90 deg.C. Unit has external stainless steel jacket rated 1 bar design pressure at 130 deg.C. Stainless steel cantilevered mixing screw top driven by a 2.5kW motor and stainless steel orbit arm top driven by a 0.25kW motor. Includes stainless steel bottom outlet ball valve. Unit is mounted on (3) lugs. Also includes Hosokawa Micron model VF1 vacuumfilter/dust collecter. Also incluce local operators control panel.
