Used margarine production line 400 kg/h, equipment made by Schroder and Benhil

Description

Used margarine production line with the reported capacity of 400 kg per hour. Main equipment of the line is produced by Schroder, Benhil and GEA. The line is composed of the following equipment:
(1) Votator Gerstenberg Schroder type PED-AD2000 new in 2005, equipped with (3) pipes.
(1) Automatic packaging machine Benhil type 5000/20 new in 2006. 12.5 KW / Max speed is 135 packs/min, dosing range between 50 - 500 g. Fills into the plastic boxes, seals the boxes and then packs boxes into the carton box.
(1) Ammonia compressor GEA type SB-3A, new in 2005, capacity 1290 m3/h, pressure 23 bar.
