Margarine and Shortening Production Line with Capacity 200 TPD

Description

Used margarine, shortening and edible fats production plant with total capacity of up to 200 TPD. Main equipment of the plant:
(2) margarine and shortening production lines by Chemtech (England/Italy). Reported capacity for the line "A" is 4.5 TPH of margarine, for the line "B" 18.6 TPH of shortening. Reported that line "A" can also be used for the production of the shortening with the capacity of 12.4 TPH. Both lines are equipped with process tanks, heat exchangers, pasteurizers, pumps and controls.
(2) automatic packaging lines by OKcorp (USA), each line is composed of Case Erector, Bag Inserter, Weigher Filler, Bag Closer, Case Sealer.
(2) refrigeration plants by Baron TERMODINAMIKA (Italy) cooling capacity 544 KW, power consumption 306 KW, R404A.
(2) palletizers by Bortolinkemo (Italy) type PAC2000 with inline elevators and pallet wrappers.
(1) Lab size Chemtech margarine and shortening production line to develop new recipes.
(1) CIP wash line.
