10000 TPD Cane Processing (6) Mills Tandem

Description

Sugar cane processing six mill tandem with approximate capacity 10000 short tons per day, consisting of:

- Farrel mill with (4) 41" x 84" rolls and 19" x 26" journals, driven through three enclosed Lufkin gear boxes by a 1,200 hp. single-stage Terry steam turbine.
- D.B.R. mill with (4) 40" x 84" rolls and 18" x 24" journals , driven through all steel gears by a 1,200 hp. single-stage Terry steam turbine.
- D.B.R. mill with (4) 40" x 84" rolls and 18" x 24" journals, driven through all-steel gears by a 1,500 hp. multi-stage Terry steam turbine.
- D.B.R. mill with (4) 39" x 84" rolls and 18" x 24" journals, driven through all steel gears by a 1,200 hp. single-stage Terry steam turbine.
- D.B.R. mill with (4) 41" x 84" rolls and 18" x 24" journals, driven through all steel gears by a 1,200 hp. single-stage Terry steam turbine.
- D.B.R. mil with (4) 41" x 84" rolls and 18" x 24" journals, driven through all steel gearing by a 1,000 hp. multi-stage Terry steam turbine.

Each mill has a flexible coupling as supplied by Eurogear.
The six mills train has intercarriers, pumps, and all all spares associated with it - rolls, crown wheels, scrapers, etc.
