Unused pet flakes granulator / compounding extruder. Transforms pet flakes (from recycled pet bottles) into granules. Chinese made by Jiangyin City Xinda Plastics Machinery China. Single screw extruder with screw diameter 150 mm (5.9") and 200=LD-200 ratio 33. Screw made of 38CrMoAl. Barrel has degassing and (10) heating sections. Auxiliary equipment includes: auger feeder driven by electric motor 7.5 kW; cooling receiver, water chiller, pump for cooling water, vacuum pump, control panel. Reported output on pet flakes 0.5 tph.
