Description

(2) Used Toshiba 86" wide EVA cast film extrusion lines. New 2010 but reported only (6) years of use. Lines consist of the following items and are available on individual basis: 143mm single screw extruder (5.5") rated at 1200 kg per hour. Includes casting station with 86" wide primary casting roll, 86" wide guide roll, and 98" wide rubber back up roll. Includes a knealing station, embossing station, fitness gauge, slitting station and a 98" winder for 39" maximum diameter rolls, 1400 kg maximum capacity. Sheet thickness produced was .4 - .7mm at 40 meters per minute (130 ft per minute).
