Used W&P Model 50/100 twin screw extruder with cross head extruder and hot cut pelletizer. System includes the following: 50mm W&P 19/1 L/D co-rotating twin screw extruder, new 2000. Has 400 rpm screw speed, with 5.5/1 gear ratio and 2200 rpm input. Has electrically heated barrel, 72kw AC motor with 73.3 herz, 400 volt. Twin screw extruder is side fed utilizing a 55mm twin screw side feeder, equipped with a crammer feeder. Twin screw extruder discharges into a cross head extruder with 5/1 L/D. Cross head extruder is equipped with a hot cut pelletizing system. Includes blowers and cyclone for pellet cooling.
