3.2" 38/1 Berstorff Co-Rotating Twin Screw Extrusion Line

Description

Used 81mm Berstorff model ZE75AX38D-UTX co-rotating twin screw extrusion line, new in 2004. Extrusion line is rated 700 kg per hour. Previously used for extruding 35% talc/ath into either PP or PVB. Maximum screw rpm is 600. Line consists of the following:
- 81mm Berstorff co-rotating twin screw extruder with 38/1 L/D. Driven by 316 kW motor including operator controls. Includes screen changer, Kryenborg model K-SWE-180/RS screen changer.
- Downstream includes BKG Compact 75/Master 300 underwater pelletizing system.
Equipment no longer installed and now currently in warehouse storage. Running on PET flakes & HDPE bottle caps after wash line.
