Yelkenciler 16mm Pipe Extrusion Line

Description

Used 16mm pipe extrusion line manufactured by Yelkenciler (Turkey) in 2007. Line consists of the following:

60mm primary single screw extruder with 32:1 L/D. Driven by 37 kW motor supplying 120 kg per hour (last used on polypropylene). Includes pipe die for 20-25-32-40-50 mm diameter pipe.

Downstream includes 6000mm vacuum tank

(2) 6000mm cooling tanks
20,000C KAL chiller
2-belt haul off
pipe printer
pneumatic cut off
air compressor
stacker and 7.5 kW granulator

Line was reportedly only used for testing and never put into production. Controls and software are Siemens and Gefran.
