Used Russi Motoriduttori 40" wide (1000mm) blown film line, new 2010. Line is equipped with the following:
80mm extruder, 28/1 L/D driven by a 37 kW motor. Includes 200mm rotating spiral groove die (approximately 8") with head thickness control system and automatic gap adjustment. Includes rotating take off, Corona treater, automatic 1100mm (approximately 44") rewinder with surface and center assist capability.
Line last ran a 120-150kg per hour. Still installed and can be seen in operation.
