Used Wiegand 3-effect stainless steel falling film evaporator. Unit designed for approximately 4,800 kg/hour of jelly liquors evaporating capacity. Feed rate approx 5,240 kg/hourr at 50°C. Output rate 440 kg/hr. Steam consumption with full load at constant pressure of 7 aute at the steam header or constantly 5 atue at the thermo-compressor approximately 1,460 kg/hour. Consumption of cooling water when heating from 28 deg.c. to 40°C. approximately 70 cubic meter/hour. Includes pumps, pipework and various instrumentation.
