Used GARDNER stainless steel ribbon mixer.Capacity of approx. 2,178 litres and a total capacity of approx. 2,744 litres.The U-shaped stainless steel chamber is approximately 2438 mm long, 1067 mm wide and 1170 mm deep. The unit has a single stainless steel shaft with a single ribbon interposed, driven by an 18.5 kw, 3x 415 volts motor via a David Brown Radicon gearbox, with an output speed of approximately Rpm 37. Includes lower outlets but no valves are fitted.
