Automatic Filling Line for Aerosols 30 pcs/min By Ramon Aerosol Machines

Used automatic line for the production of aerosol products by Ramon Aerosol Machines (Poland). Contact parts made of stainless steel. The capacities of the filled containers range from 20 ml to 850 ml. The line has a capacity of 1800 pcs/hour for standard containers with a volume 200 ml. Line consists of: - automatic filling and gassing machine with a magnetic sorter and valve feeding to containers in the propane-butane and carbon dioxide dosing zone type Mikromat M, - automatic aerosol valve feeder for containers type R1300M equipped with a sorter, - automatic cap feeder for containers type R1400M equipped with a sorter, - cap elevator type EN-TYP, - stainless steel plate conveyor with a length of 8 m, connecting the line elements, - automatic double-head labeling machine for labeling round and flat containers, mounted on an 8 m length stainless steel plate conveyor. The line was manufactured in 2018 and included full technical documentation in Polish.
