Coffee Roasting, Milling, and Packing Line, 800 Kg/Hr

Description

Used coffee roasting, milling and packing line made by Discas Rotec (Spain) with approx. capacity 800 kg/hour. The entire line is made of carbon steel. Line consists of following equipment:
1. Discas Rotec (Spain) coffee roaster type TDR 120 included heating oil burner by Girsch type R30ZL, control panel, cyclone, pipes and pneumatic feeding system for green coffee beans into roaster,
2. Roasted coffee cooler included pneumatic transport for coffee beans into buffer tank,
3. 2 vacuum coffee vertical packaging machines made by Paris (Spain) type T16. One packaging machine is for format 125 or 250 g and second is for format 1 kg, included top mounted (above packaging machines) 4 conical storage tanks for milling coffee without supporting constructions,
4. Discas Rotec (Spain) roasted coffee beans grinder type MFR 500,
5. Carbon steel drum mixer for continuous work.
