Used horizontal cooker by Berief Gmbh & Co. KG. with total volume 400 l. Cooking chamber has internal dimensions: diameter 820 mm x lenght 800 mm. Machine is rated for work on temperature up to 100 C inside the chamber. Heating channels have volume 35 l and are designed for work on pressure up to 10 bar and temperature up to 184 C. Tank is insulated and layered with stainless steel. Machine has mixing shaft with bolted 6 paddles, each one equipped with wall scrapper, and two side wall scrappers. Shaft is chain driven by el. motor 2.2 kW and gearbox. Discharge of tank by tilt, operated by el motor 0.55 kW. Top inlet has dimensions 80 cm x 45 cm, and is equipped with safety stainless steel bars and stainless steel cover. Machine is mounted on two supports integrated with drive and controls, however controls need rebuilding. Machine last time used in food industry.
