Used stainless steel conical mixer by Hosokawa Milacron model DBXE-300R. Total volume 798 l, working volume 300 l. Mixer has top mounted stainless steel unsupported mixing screw, driven via gearbox and el. motor 2.2 kW. Rotating arm is designed in carbon steel and is driven via gearbox and el motor 0.18 kW. Bottom central discharge via outlet with diameter 200 mm and manually operated slide valve. Machine is mounted on three carbon steel legs and is equipped with local control panel.
