Description

Used stainless steel micro cutter/emulsifier by Haarslev A/S (DK) model HF 175. Machine is designed for emulsifing a product, paste type. Can run on meat, chicken, pork etc. Output depends on product and can reach 3-4 tons per hour. Feeding inlet into milling chamber has diameter 105 mm. Machine has stainless steel shaft driven directly by el motor 55 kW, 2950 rpm, 380 V, 50 hz. On the shaft there are mounted two sets of six blade knives and screens. First screen has diameter of holes 1.2 mm. Second screen has holes with diameter 0.8 mm. Knives and screens are designed in non-corrosive steel. Body of milling chamber designed in stainless steel. Discharge via outlet with diameter 65 mm. Machine has local control panel and is mounted on four legs. Includes technical documentation. Last time used in food industry.
