Description

Used stainless steel rotary drum vacuum filter by TMCI Padovan (IT) model Taylo 6MQ. Filtration surface 6.3 m2. Drum has diameter 1010 mm x width 1995 mm and is driven by el. motor 0.75 kW, 1380 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz through vari-speed gearbox with adjustable rotation in range from 1 up to 19 rpm. Machine is equipped with vacuum system which consist of: stainless steel vacuum tank with manometer and vacuum pump by Pompetravaini model TRVA 50 220/M/F, driven by el. motor 5.5 kW, 1450 rpm, 220/380 V, 50 hz. Filter has also stainless steel product centrifugal pump Lowara type HTE 25-125/22 driven by el. motor 2.2 kW, 2850 rpm, 220-380V, 50 hz. Pump has output in range from 6-21 m3/h and head range from 21.6 up to 27.4 m. Solids collecting knife position is adjustable together with a product tank up to 42 degrees angle. Machine is mounted on stainless steel supporting frame. Working output depends on product and can reach from 480 up to 3600 l/h.
