Oil Drilling Mud Plant

Description

Used M-I SWACO Centrifuge CD 600 FH Oil Drilling Mud Plant (also known as a Mud Treatment System), built in 2012 and shut down in 2019. This CD-600 based plant is designed to process high volumes of drilling mud for a high solids removal efficiency and improved barite recovery. Automatic programmable logic controller monitoring and adjustment compensates for varied drilling conditions to maintain maximum solids separation through the drilling operation.
The hydraulic capacity is approximately 180 m3/hour, max solids discharge is approximately 28 m3/hour. Plant includes the following major equipment:
- (2) PLC controlled M-I SWACO centrifuges, ancillary tanks, pumps on skid mounted base.
