Used Stephan universal horizontal vacuum mixer model TK150. Main product bowl and cover and jacketed for cooling or heating (no valves on jacket), vacuum proof (not connected). Hydraulic unit for moving outlet slide on bottom outlet. Top inlet and main front lid have (1) clamp, manual tightening and contact sensor, infeed hopper. Unit has (2) agitators, (1) scraper agitator, 25 rpm and (1)mixer knife (knife excluded). Main motor 11KW, 100-730 rpm. Includes control panel with frequency convertor.
