Olive Grove with 1.5 Tons/Hour Olive Oil Processing Plant

Description

Olive grove with olive oil production equipment. Sale includes land with fully grown olive trees that yield on average between 3 and 5 tons organic olive oil per year. The site currently only produces organic olive oil, but can produce conventional olive oil as well. The business has received several awards, certificates and distinctions. There are existing distribution channels to supermarkets and to tourists.

The processing equipment is made by Alpha Laval and includes:
- Olive mill with (2) control panels, unloading hopper, conveyor belt, deleafer, cage to store removed leaves (currently used as fertiliser), washing unit, weighing scale, crusher, millstones, (4) kneading units, decanter and separator. Input capacity is 1.5 tph of olives with possibility of at least doubling capacity with larger decanter. Output capacity of olive oil between October and February is approximiately 150 tons.
- Storage facilities with (2) stainless steel tanks capacity 5 tons, (5) stainless steel tanks capacity 600kg.
- Bottling equipment including pump to send oil from tanks to bottling machine, bottling machine with (4) nozzles suitable for 250, 500 and 750ml bottles, conveyor belt, bottling machine for 40ml miniature bottles, cupping machine for 40ml miniature bottles.
