Description

Used 11,700 litre (approx total volume) stainless steel 316 vertical cylindrical jacketed (straight side only 2,2M deep) tank with welded dish top & bottom. Openings top: 3 X 50mm, 3 X 80mm, 2 X 100mm, 1 X 150mm, 1 X 300mm (top dead centre suitable for drive unit) & 1 X 450mm diameter manway with bolt on / off lid. Bottom outlets: 1 X 80mm (on centre line) & 1 X 80mm (offset from centre line) internal: vessel has four (4) 8mm thick X 220mm deep full length plate baffles. Vessel measures: 2,2M diameter (+ 70mm for stainless steel jacket) X 2,7M on straight side + 500mm for each dished end. Unit supported by full cylindrical carbon steel skirt incorporating two (2X) 200mm diameter access ports & base anchor ring at 2,33M O/DIA. Floor clearance from lower face of bottom outlet flange is approximately 600mm. Unit can also be supported by 2,47M diameter ring positioned 1,2mm below upper face of top centre flange. Top dish has 3X 140mm deep support ribs for drive unit + a bolt on / off carbon steel tubular safety cage at 1,3M high & 1X lifting / turning eye
