800-7000 M3/HR Mobile Odorant Unit

Description

Unused mobile odorant unit for injection of mercaptans into natural gas for odourisation. System is designed to inject into a flowing gas pipeline. Made by orbital in 2015 but never used. Equipment includes:
- injection pump made from 316 stainless steel.
- controller with local and remote programming access.
- verometer made from 316 stainless steel.
- safety relief valve & expansion tank system.
- containment skid.
- injection Point assembly.
- odorant filter.
- back pressure regulator.
Operating conditions as follows: pressure 20 to 35 Barg, gas velocity 800 to 7000 M3/hour, permissible ambient temperature -17 to 60 degrees celsius at fully rated conditions.
12 month warranty and commissioning can be arranged for additional payment.
