Solid State Polycondensation Line for PET Resin, 60 to 76.8 Tons/Day

Description

(2) Used lines for additional polycondensation of bottle grade pet resin, which can then be used for production of popular pet bottles for beverages.
The lines were started up in 1995 and 1997. Capacities are 60 tons per Day and 76.8 tons per Day respectively. Technology for both is by Buhler AG.
Main equipment for each line includes:
- precyrstalliser, crystalliser, preheater, reactor, cooler, nitrogen filter, nitrogen dryer, main nitrogen blower, blowers (for precyrstallisation and crystallisation loops, preheater and final product cooler), pt-catalyst with steering panel, hot conveying loop blower, cyclones, big bag weighing station + set of silo for the final product with an option to fill big-bag & loading auto-silo-trucks, raw material station + one silo for the raw material amorphous resin with an option to unload silo-trucks and big-bags, cooling water system with (2) water coolers, pumps and water gathering container with air coolers.
