Glycerin Distillation Plant, 5 Tons/Day

Description

Used glycerin distillation column plant to produce 5 tons / day of distilled glycerin with 99.96% minimum pure glycerin under BP/USP specifications. Plant receives crude glycerin 86% to produce the aforementioned 99.96% glycerin. Plant manufactured 1996 by CMB - Bernardini/Ballestra group - Italian technology. Plant shut down in 2006.

- Purified sweet water tank.
- Distillation column.
- Glycerin pre-heater.
- Column reboiler.
- Stripped glycerin condenser.
- Deaerator.
