Used 12 BBL PBC Brewing Solutions microbrewery installed in 2015 and last used in December 2022. Equipment includes: - 12 BBL Hot Liquor Tank with 12 kW element - 15 BBL oversized Mash Tun - 12 BBL electric copper with 2 x 18 kW elements - Hop filter - Plate heat exchanger - Post heat hxchange aeration system - Grist auger - (3) Ebara pumps - Brewing sundries – mash paddle, hoses, hydrometers, 4 x temp control switches with solenoid valves, RJT spanners, racking arm, hoses etc - (2) Remote chillers - (3) 12 BBL (22 HL) BBL open top fermenters with chilling plates - 2 head cask washer
