Wafer Production Line with Capacity 300 kg/hour

Description

Used semi-automatic wafer biscuit production line with capacity 300 kg/hour, made in 2005 by Gocmen (Turkey) and shut down in 2019. Main equipment includes:
- Wafer mixer with capacity 300 kg, dimensions 315cm (length), 165cm (height), 195cm (width), dimensions of bowl 100 cm (width), 78cm (length), 78 cm (depth, 11kW power, heating, double layer.
- Wafer spreading machine that spreads from tank by roller. Can spread up to 3 laters.
- Wafer cutting machine that cuts into smaller piceces. Workers must manually pick wafer cakes from conveyor, place into containers and then send into packing machine.
- Packing machine made by Reepack (Italy).
