42" Wide X 11' Long Airtechno Stainless Steel Fluid Bed Dryer

Description

Used Airtechno stainless steel fluid bed dryer for continuous work. Whole system was rebuilt and reportedly used only for 3 months since rebuilding. System consist of:
1. Stainless steel fluid bed dryer. Maximum drying temperature 140°C. Perfotared fluid bed has dimensions approximately 3000 mm long x 1200 mm width, perforation holes have diameter approximately 1 mm. Above the fluid bed is filter mesh which prevent the dried product from escaping. The inlet is equipped by material breaking section driven through gearbox by electric motor 0.25 kW, 850 rpm, 50 Hz and screw conveyor driven through gearbox by electric motor 0.55 kW, 940 rpm, 50 Hz. Inside in the dryer is the agitator which helps layer the product, agitator is driven through gearbox by electric motor 0.55 kW, 940 rpm, 50 Hz. Dryer is also equipped by inspection manhole with diameter approximately 500 mm and (2) sightglasses. Overall dimensions are approximately 3620 mm lenght x 1720 mm width x 3500 mm height.
2. Hopper with screw discharge. Screw is drived through gearbox (i = 78.99) by electric motor 0.55 kW, 1375 rpm, 50 Hz - final rpm of screw 17. Overall dimensions are approximately 3100 mm lenght x 2600 mm width x 2120 mm height.
3. Feeding pocket conveyor. The conveyor is approximately 5000 mm long. The belt has pockets with dimensions approximately 150 mm long x 200 mm width. The belt it driven through gearbox (i = 24,55) by electric motor 0.37 kW, 1360 rpm, 50 Hz - final rpm of belt 55.
4. Heat exchanger. Heat exchanger is equipped by Weishapt model WG30N/1-C gas burner.
5. Ventra model TEG 400 VS pulling blower (V = 1.6 m3/s) belt driven by electric motor 4 kW, 1440 rpm, 50 Hz.
6. Ventra model TEG 400 VS pushing blower (V = 1.6 m3/s) belt driven by electric motor 4 kW, 1440 rpm, 50 Hz.
