Used Bachiller model PC-200 stainless steel vacuum mixer. 338 litre total capacity, 126-200 litre working capacity. Mixing bowl approximately 866 mm diameter x 650 mm straight side. Flat top and inverted dished bottom rated full vacuum. Stainless steel jacket rated 3 bar pressure. Anchor agitator with teflon scrapers driven by 2.2 kw 220/380 volt 3/50 1415 rpm or 2.55 kw 440 volt 3/60 1715 rpm motor through sabre model mas55df gearbox 69:1 reduction ratio. Approximately 220 mm diameter dispersion blade mixer direct driven by 7.5 kw 380 volt 3/50 1450 rpm or 8.6 kw 440 volt 3/60 1755 rpm motor. Lid raised and lowered by 0.55 kw 220/380 volt 3/50 1400 rpm or 0.63 kw 440 volt 3/60 1695 rpm hydraulic power pack. New 1987.
