Description

Used MTI model P-Z9-630-ADD stainless steel jacketed mixer for high viscosity products. Stainless steel mixing bowl/can with carbon steel jacket has total capacity 630 litres, working capacity approx. 500 litres, rated -1 bar at max temperature 95°C. Can measures approx. 940 mm internal diameter x 900 mm straight side, mounted on (4) wheels. Has carbon steel jacket rated 3 bar at 95°c max temperature. Equipped by hydraulic powerpack for raise and lower main arm driven by el. motor 1,35 kW. Includes local control start/stop control panel and electrical switchboard. Total height whit lifted arm: 3500 mm. Unit equipped by (3) shafts with agitators following specification:

(1) anchor agitator with wall scraper stirrer, 19 rpm. Driven by el. motor 10 kW 380/3/50hz 1465 rpm.
(1) mixing shaft with (1) toothed disc agitator diam. 200 mm and (1) three piched blades agitator, 400 - 1200 rpm, driven by el. motor 58 kw 380/3/50hz.
(1) mixing shaft with high shear mixer, diam. 200 mm, 294 rpm. driven by el. motor 17,5 kw 380/3/50.
