Bogo SL4 Wraparound/Film Labeler Line

Description

Used machine for automatic labeling bottles/jars with thermo shrinkable film labels, "sleeve" type, manufactured by Borgo (Italy) Model SL4. Labeler is able to work on bottles/jars made as from glass as pet and other plastics. Machine is cutting off the label regarding the earlier set up parameters. After cutting, the sleeve is put onto the container. Container of hot air passes through the film, which is formed by its cover. Control panel to set all the operating parameters: speed, sleeve length and others. It is impossible to get it wrong because the system shuts down the machine until all the parameters are set correctly. In addition, all faults are signaled on the panel (continuous diagnosis) describing the type of trouble that has occurred. The machine drives the motor with an output of 0.25kW/220V/380V/1.35a/50HZ/2760 rpm/min. Stainless steel structure. Transport machine parameters are the width 1,400 mm X height 1,910 mm X 1100mm.
