90 Kg per Hour Cappucino Blending & Filling Line

Description

Used cappucino blending & filling line approximate capacity 90 kg cappucino per hour.
Line consists of:
(1) used vertical Pharmix Nauta model HV200, stainless steel contact parts.
(1) used screw conveyor
(1) used bag filling machine Mašek type: PBV - 2 with SCEW Dosing system
(1) used paper boxes closing and sealing machine Mašek type: SBS 2M1, SN: 043
(1) used shrink wrapping tunnel Mašek type: SBT 2, maximum width of oil is 680 mm.
Owner was packing 12,5 grams of cappucino per bag, three bags per cycle, 40 - 45 cycles per minute (dust product), 10 bags were put manually into boxes,paper boxes closing and sealing machine Mašek type. Maximum capacity of shrink wrapping tunnel is 30 boxes/minute.
