Description

Used 334" (8.48 m) wide Valmet Paper Machine with the capacity of up to 800 TPD.

The machine was designed for the lightweight paper grades of 40-55 GSM. Reported that this paper machine can be modified to produce brown paper for papr bags.

• Balanced for 1500 mpm (5000 fpm)
• Typical trim: 8480 mm (334”)
• Machine drives and fan pump: 600V DC

Former:
• Valmet Speedformer HS
• Sym-Flow HS hydraulic headbox with 8940 mm (352”) pondwidth
• High vacuum flatbox added for enhanced sheet formation

Press Section:
• SymPress II with hard nips
• WC G wrap SymRolls in the first and third press
• Naked suction roll and Press Jade center roll

Dryer Section:
• First three sections in unirun configuration with vacrolls in lower run
• Total: 19 rolls (10 dryers) in unirun section
• Main dryer section in squat configuration
• 20 dryers before the breaker stack, 5 dryers after
• All dryers: 1829 mm (72”) diameter, rated at 5.2 bar (75 psig)

Calender:
• Originally a 6-roll stack, currently configured as a 3-roll stack (2 nip)
• SymRolls in top and king roll positions
• Profile control: CalCoil

Reel & Winder:
• Double-grooved WC-coated reel
• Valmet KL 1000 two-drum winder with soft cover rear drum
• 16 slitters with Windposit control, capable of trimming 8433 mm (332”)
• Valmet salvage winder and wrapline
