68" (173CM) Foil and Film Coating Line With Single Turret Unwind

The line is equipped with a single turret unwind. The width is 68 inches or 173 cm, with a 16-inch (40 cm) core. The speed of the coating line is 30 to 150 feet/minute or 9 to 45 metres/minute. The maximum diameter of the master roll is 60 inches (152 cm), maximum weight 12,000 lbs (5.45 tonnes). The coating station is equipped with a tandem slot coater. After each coating station, a flotation type oven is installed. There are six oven zones in total, each 25 feet long, positioned after each coating station. A cooling zone follows the final oven. The line was designed for coating 4–16 millimetre foils or thicker films. More information is available on request.
