Description

Used cylindrical sifter by Technosilos (IT). Constructed from carbon steel. The sifter has internal screen dimensions: diameter 180 mm x length 530 mm. The screen is made from stainless steel. Inside the screen operates a carbon steel shaft with 3 bolted bars. The shaft is driven by an electric motor 1.1 kW, 635-710 rpm, 230/400 V, 50 Hz. Material is fed into the sifter via a screw conveyor with a length of 200 cm and an internal diameter of 70 mm. The screw is made from carbon steel; the feeding hopper has inlet dimensions of 590 mm x 510 mm and is made from stainless steel. The pipe is made from plastic. The screw conveyor is driven by an electric motor 0.55 kW, 900 rpm, 220-400 V, 50 Hz, mounted on a stainless steel pipe, with discharge into the sifter. Sieved product discharge has a diameter of 190 mm, rejects discharge has diameter 100 mm. The sifter is mounted on a carbon steel supporting frame and has a local control panel. Last used in the food industry.
