Description

Used stainless steel horizontal wiped film evaporator by Luwa, type Saco KH100. The evaporator has a heat exchange surface of 1 m². Contact parts are made from stainless steel 316 Ti, and the jackets are made from stainless steel 321. The internal tank has a volume of 170 litres and is rated for operation at a pressure of -1 bar and a temperature of up to 250°C. The jacket has two sections — one with a volume of 15 litres, the second with a volume of 6 litres. Both are designed to operate at pressures up to 10 bar and temperatures up to 250°C. The evaporator has a rotor driven by an electric motor of 7.5 kW. The machine is equipped with two screw pumps — one for feeding product and one for receiving product, two vacuum pumps, one centrifugal pump, a vacuum buffer tank, a condenser, and a control panel.
