New PERRYmix (Czech Republic) Model HV 3000 stainless steel (AISI 304) product contact parts conical mixer. Effective volume 3000 litres, cone 2180 mm diameter x 3200 mm height, total height of the machine (bottom edge of the conical hopper to top edge of electric motor’s cover) approx. 4035 mm. Round feeding inlet diameter 400 mm with cover and safety mesh. Standard mixing screw diameter 310 mm, top-driven through Nord gearbox by 5.5 kW/400 V/50 Hz/IP55 electric motor and supported by bottom pintle bearing (hard metal). Screw speed 61 rpm. Stainless steel arm is top-driven through secondary Nord gearbox by 1.5 kW/400 V/50 Hz/IP55 electric motor. Arm speed 2.6 rpm. Manually operated rotary slide outlet valve with conical discharge hopper. Mounted on four lugs.
