Nirosta Model NOVA C2 Piston Filling and Closing Machine

Description

Used Nirosta NOVA C2 filling and capping machine. The equipment is designed for filling liquid products into glass and for tightening the screw caps.
- Working process: the empty jars is manually placed in the packaging holder and moved on the trolley under the filler, by moving it to the end position the filling process starts automatically. In the middle position, the cap is manually placed on the filled jars and moved under the tightening head. Cap tightening follows automatically when the cap is pushed to the end position in the tightening stroke.
- Material design: the parts of the machine in contact with the product are made of stainless steel or materials designed for the food industry.
- Output: up to 400 pcs/hr depending on operator experience, batch size, type of product and quality of packaging material.
- Product filling temperatures: max 100°C
- Filling volume: 100 - 620 ml
- Product hopper: volume approx. 30 l without lid
- Air consumption: approx. 2 l/stroke
- Air pressure: 6 bar
