Unused single drum Flaker/crystallizer with the capacity up to 790 kg/h, depending on the product. Unit was designed for cosmetic nonhazardous industry, all working parts are made of stainless steel, approximate size of the drum - 1500 mm diameter, 4000 mm length. Reported crystallization area is 3.14 m2. Designed speed of the drum is 1.2-12 RPM with the drive of 4 KW. Pressure in the steam jacket is 0.5 bar, temperature 152 degrees C. Designed temperature of the product in the tray is 120 degrees C, the temperature of the crystalized product 40 degrees C. The size parameters of the unit - Length 4080 mm, Width 1680 mm, Height 2065 mm. The unit was designed for the crystallization of the Magnesium Chloride, all working parts are made of stainless steel.
